Abstract
Disclosed is a composition of balaw-balaw consisting of 8 cups (43.34%) of cooked rice; 1 kilogram (21.67%) of shrimp; ¼ cup (0.74%) of salt; 2 tablespoons (0.60%) of sugar; 3 tablespoons (0.92%) of chili powder; 390 milliliters (8.45%) of canola oil; 250 grams (5.42%) of onion; 250 grams (5.42%) of ginger; 250 grams (5.42%) of garlic; 250 grams (5.42%) of red bell pepper; ½ cup (2.60%) of water.
