Abstract
Disclosed is the utility model for a process of producing peanut butter comprising the following steps: shelling of raw peanuts; sorting and cleaning of the shelled peanuts; oven-roasting the shelled peanuts and removing the roasted peanuts from the oven; cooling said roasted peanuts at room temperature for some time; removing peanut skins from the roasted peanuts; weighing 10 kilograms of the skinless peanuts; grinding the weighed peanuts forming ground peanuts; mixing palm oil, sugar, salt, margarine, and soy lecithin to the ground peanuts; and grinding the mixture until sticky forming a peanut butter.
