Abstract
Disclosed is the process of making an improved veggie cupcake filled with cacao chocolate. This is the following steps in producing and processing of making an improved veggie cupcake filled with cacao chocolate: : a. preparing of ingredients such as carrots, spinach, eggs, sugar, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder; b. beating eggs then adding sugar and oil in a bowl; c. combining 3 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 3 tablespoon baking powder and a pinch of salt; d. melting the � cup cacao tablets; e. mixing the beat egg to the mixture in step c.; f. adding the melted cacao chocolate into the mixture of step e.; g. placing the resulting batter into muffin pans two-thirds full; h. baking the batter at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes; and i. packing the resulting cupcake and storing at room temperature. The products can be described as sweetened veggie cupcakes enhanced with cacao chocolate.
