Title PROCESS OF MAKING CACAO MINT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Abstract
Disclosed is the process of making cacao mint chocolate ice cream. This is the following steps in producing and processing cacao mint chocolate ice cream: a. preparing of ingredients such as cacao tablets, mint, whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; b. melting the cacao tablets and set aside; c. combining the whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla; d. adding the melted tablets; e. adding the mint; f. beating the mixture until stiff peak form; g. putting it in a container and; g. freezing for at least 6 hours or overnight. The products can be described as chocolate brown in color, with distinct mint taste and chocolate aroma.
