Abstract
This utility model generally relates to kitchen equipment. Specifically, it relates to a cooking mixer for the production of carabao milk dough. The cooking mixer comprises an electric motor with adjustable speed, a stirrer attached to the motor to facilitate stirring, a control panel to adjust the speed of stirrer's rotation, a vat to hold raw milk while being cooked and stirred, a stove that acts as heat source to cook raw milk in the vat, an exhaust vent connected to the stove to allow exit of hot air, a tilt lever to allow the vat to tilt by a few degrees when pouring out liquid from the vat, a height adjuster knob to change the distance between stirrer and vat, and an insulated metal frame to carry the weight of the cooking mixer.
