Abstract
This utility model generally relates to steamed glutinous rice cakes and their procedure of making. Specifically, it pertains to a method of making an enriched sapin-sapin by using carrot, sweet potato, cocoa powder and breadfruit nut as ingredients. The steps in making the enriched sapin-sapin comprises preparing the sweetened breadfruit nuts, forming the first layer, forming the second layer on top of the second layer, forming the last layer on top of the second layer and putting sweetened breadfruit nuts on top of the last layer. The main ingredients used for the making of an enriched sapin-sapin are coconut milk, breadfruit nuts, cocoa powder, carrot, skimmed milk, sweet potato, cheese, condensed milk, butter, and evaporated milk. The combination of all-purpose flour, grated carrot, sweet potato, and cocoa powder is the ·best formulation for the enriched sapin-sapin.
