Abstract
This utility model generally relates to steamed glutinous rice cakes and their composition. Specifically, it pertains to a composition of an enriched sapin-sapin using carrot, sweet potato, cocoa powder and breadfruit nut as ingredients. The enriched glutinous rice cake is comprised of a base layer, a middle layer, a top layer, and sweetened breadfruit toppings. The base layer is composed of grated sweet potato, flour, skimmed milk, salt, grated cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and butter. The middle layer is composed of cocoa powder, glutinous rice flour, skimmed milk, sweetened breadfruit nuts, salt, grated cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and butter. Lastly, the top layer is composed of grated carrot, glutinous rice flour, salt, skimmed milk, grated cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk and butter.
