Title Process of Producing Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera) Polvoron
Abstract
The utility model relates to the making of Polvoron but more specifically to a process of producing Malunggay Polvoron. Said processes comprise of the following steps: Drying fresh malunggay leaves. Pulverizing and weighing 30 grams of dried malunggay leaves; toasting the all-purpose flour in the stove with constant stirring until light brown; Cool; mixing the skim milk and the powdered whole milk and sugar to the toasted flour' adding the melted butter, peanuts, rice crispies and the malunggay leaves to the mixture; molding using a polvoron molder or any other mould to evenly shape the product; wrapping the molded product with colored cellophane; keeping the product refrigerated to maintain the crispness of the rice crispies.
