Abstract
The present utility model discloses the method of producing blue pea powder from the flower of Clitoria ternatea plant comprising of the steps: selecting quality flowers of blue pea; weighing of the flowers; diluting the flowers; filtering the diluted material; adding of a carrier; spray-drying; cooling the resulting powder; and packaging. The resulting product may be used for food coloring and preparation of tea.
