Abstract
The utility model relates to a peanut sheller with sorter assembly which is used to free kernels from peanut pods, blow-off the shells, and sort the kernels into three sizes. The utility model comprises a frame generally rectangular in shape made of horizontally, vertically and diagonally interconnected metal bars; two pairs of rubber wheels attached at the bottom portion of said frame; a hopper pivotably attached at the top portion of said frame; a shelling element rotatably mounted on the upper portion of said frame; a pair of concave base disposed below of said hopper and adjustably attached to said frame; a concave structure disposed at a proximate distance below the shelling element and is mounted on said pair of concave base; a blower assembly disposed below of said shelling element and securedly attached to said frame; a sieve sorter assembly disposed under said blower assembly, oscillatably and inclinedly mounted on said frame; and a power transmission assembly fixedly attached to the frame and operates in communication with the shelling element, blower assembly, and sieve-sorter assembly, respectively.
