The utility model relates to the process of making aramang flavored (Nematopalaemon tenuipes) ice cream product of which the specific processes of production are mainly of blending fruit puree, condensed milk, and cream for two minutes in a blender; mixing cooked aramang in the previously blended mixture using a blender until smooth texture is achieved; then, mixing the final mixture in an ice cream maker until the desired viscosity is achieved.
