Abstract
This utility model discloses the process of making sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) jam enriched with pandan, comprising the following steps: selecting good quality of sweet potato, washing the sweet potato, peeling the washed sweet potato, cooking the peeled sweet potato, mashing the boiled sweet potato in a suitable container and set aside, preparing a measured amount of coconut milk, condensed milk, flour and natural flavoring, mixing preferred amount of mashed sweet potato to the coconut milk, condensed milk, flour and natural flavoring in a mixing bowl, cooking the mixture in a slow fire and stir continuously until reaches the desired consistency; and cooling the jam in a sterilized container. The process involves easy preparation and manageable steps and uses some natural ingredients to produce the jam delicacy.
