Title Process of Producing Bamboo Shoots Spring Roll
Abstract
Disclosed is a process of producing bamboo shoots spring roll, comprising the steps of: peeling off the outer skin of the bamboo shoots; grating the bamboo shoots into fine strips; weighing preferred amount of bamboo shoots and margarine; boiling the weighed bamboo shoots for a period of time; adding preferred amount of salt to the boiled bamboo shoots; separating the boiled bamboo shoots from the broth using a strainer; cooling the boiled bamboo shoots; mixing the margarine and bamboo shoot thoroughly; wrapping desired amount of said mixture with an edible spring roll wrapper, and deep-frying the wrapped mixture until it turns golden brown.
