Abstract
The present utility model generally relates to corned carabeef, particularly to thermal processing of canned corned carabeef containing less than 3.0 Most Probable Number per gram (MPN/g) of E. coli and aerobic plate count of less than 1 x 10^2 Colony Forming Unit per gram (CFU/g).
