Abstract
This utility model relates to a process of producing Lubeg powder made from lubeg fruit puree which comprises of harvesting of medium riped lubeg fruit, washing with chlorinated water with the aid of soft brush, air-drying, weighing, pureeing, spray drying, cooling of powder, final weighing of the cooled powder as finished products, and packaging of lubeg powder product using labeled pillow type laminated foil of 89 µm thickness.
