Abstract
This utility model relates to a process of producing Lubeg juice drink made from lubeg fruit extract which comprises of harvesting of medium riped lubeg fruit, washing, air-drying and removing excess water from the raw materials, boiling and pouring the boiled water into previously washed lubeg fruits, soaking, extracting juice from the pulp, adding sugar to the juice, pasteurizing, packing and storing.
