The formulation of the "Aramang" (Nematopalaemon tenuipes) - enriched polvoron involves the following procedures: Weighing all the necessary ingredients for the polvoron mixture, then followed by toasting the 250 grams flour and 20 grams aramang powder in a frying pan for 5 minutes to attain a light brown color. In a glass dish/bowl, mix 50 grams powdered milk and 50 grams white sugar. Add the mixture of toasted flour and aramang powder.
