Abstract
This utility model relates to a process of producing snack food made from crispy mixed veggies which comprises selecting quality and newly harvested vegetables, washing the vegetables separately, peeling and slicing the washed vegetables, cooking the vegetables separately, freezing the cooked vegetables, vacuum frying, cooling the vacuum fried vegetables, weighing the vacuum fried vegetables then packing into laminated pillow pouch.
