Abstract
A process of producing powdered seasoning mix comprising the steps of selecting mature tomato fruits, washing the selected tomato fruits with 50ppm chlorinated water, slicing the washed tomatoes and extracting the juice of the tomatoes using extractor,filtering the extracted juice using cheesecloth, adding Maltodextrin to the filtered juice; until the total soluble solids of the juice attains 200Brix spray drying the soluble solid at 80-850C until it will become powdered form, cooling the powdered tomatoes to room temperature in an air conditioned room,mixing the powdered tomato with shiitake mushroom powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar and saltand packing in a pillow pouch laminated film foil.
