Title Process for the Preparation of Aramang (Nematopalaemo tenuipes) Powder
Abstract
The Utility Model concerns the process of preparing aramang(Nematopalaemon tenuipes) powder which comprises of : washing/cleaning of aramang thoroughly; steaming the cleaned aramang for 10 minutes; sun-drying the steamed aramang for 8 hours until 15-20% moisture content is attained; and grinding the dried aramang in an electric grinder.
