Process of Producing Corned Carabeef

This utility model relates in general to processed food but more particularly to a process of producing corned carabeef which is tastier, sweeter, more flavorful and cheaper. Referring now to the process of the utility model the following ingredients are used in order to produce a tastier, sweeter, more flavorful and cheaper produce. 1tsp table salt, 1tsp prague powder, 2Tbsp refined sugar, 1t phosphate, 1t ascorbic acid, 1/8t allura red these ingredients are mixed very well to a 1 kg. of lean carabeef cubed into 1/2 inch for 6 hours curing or overnight and wash in a running water for few seconds drain before putting it in a pressure cooker and add all these cooking ingredients, 1tsp all spiced, 3 Tbsp oregano fresh juice, 2Tbsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 2 cubes beef flavoring, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 cup oil, carrageenan and add 5 cups of water and cook for 45 minutes until meat becomes tender. Strain cooked carabeef cool and flake then saute in 1 t chopped garlic and add the broth cook for few minutes and pack.
