Abstract
A composition of producing squash (cucurbita maxima) and malunggay (moringa oleifera) macaroons comprising of: ¾ cup cake flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, ½ bar butter, ¼ cup sugar, 1 pc egg, slightly beaten, 1 can condensed milk, 1/2 cup evap milk, 1/4 cup minced malungay leaves, ¼ cup grated squash , and 1 ½ cups powdered milk.
